Monique Fay, a senior PaRama BodyTalk practitioner is a pioneer and a visionary in the fields of healing and photography. Monique holds a Masters Degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine and has been a licensed acupuncturist for over twenty years in California.

She founded The Rejuvena Institute in 1993 – a multi-disciplinary center for the healing arts. In 2002 Monique integrated the BodyTalk System into her practice. Working with this healing system caused a fundamental shift in her physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. Monique blends her extensive acupuncture experience with the PaRama BodyTalk System in her current healing practice. Long distance sessions are available for those who cannot come to the office or live too far away. Her work at The Rejuvena Institute offers a unique synthesis of skills, wisdom and experience and is based in Santa Barbara, California.

“My purpose is to expand human consciousness through advanced practice of the PaRama BodyTalk System and through the medium of photography.”

She has worked with the medium of photography for over forty years, when she started recording her dreams and visions on film. Her photographic artwork has evolved over the last four decades and has been greatly influenced in her travels around the world by the traditions, spiritual practices and healing arts of the Tibetans, Hawaiians and Native Americans.

The advent of digital photography has accelerated the development of her most recent work and allowed her to realize and present her images in their current form. These artistic pieces reflect the essence of her healing arts and embody her exquisite vision. The culmination of this work is entitled “The Book of Fay” – a unique, epic work, published in December 2008 by Olive Tree Publications. More information about this book is available at
